UPS had bumped the delivery date three extra days, so I waited eagerly to receive this. One of the glass candle cups arrived broken. I am very disappointed. I don't know if UPS is to blame or NetGift. I'd say UPS. Either way, I contacted NetGift, and hopefully they can send me a replacement candle cup.
Having said that, despite the broken piece, the rest of the candelabra is beautiful.
