My wife and I purchased the candle holder and Wall candle sconce from them. When I received it the sconce was slight damaged (I think because of the courier guy), so we sent email and picture to the GiftPatch. UPS had bumped the delivery date three extra days, so I waited eagerly to receive this. One of the glass candle cups arrived broken. I am very disappointed. I don't know if UPS is to blame or NetGift. I'd say UPS. Either way, I contacted NetGift, and hopefully they can send me a replacement candle cup.
Having said that, despite the broken piece, the rest of the candelabra is beautiful.

One of the candle cups was smashed to pieces. :( But the rest of it is quite lovely. It's just such a shame that part of it had to be ruined. I'm not laying blame on anyone in particular, but it still makes me angry and disappointed.
